Updated Competition Formats

We’ve got some exciting news!
We’re stoked to announce that we are updating The Rumble competition formats for Street Finals at both Rumble Pro Tour and Apex AM Series Events!
Starting at our next event (Logan Showdown - Apex Am Series) the following divisions will have their finals format updated to;

Opens Men’s Final & Opens Female’s Final - 2/5/3 Format
2 Runs, 5 Best Trick Attempts
1 Highest Run Score + 2 Highest Trick Scores Count
Highest Total of 3 Counting Scores Wins
Qualifying & Semi Finals will still operate with a runs only and best run score counts format.

16 & Under Male’s Final, 16 & Under Female’s Final & Masters Final - 2/3/2 Format
2 Runs, 3 Best Trick Attempts
1 Highest Run Score + 1 Highest Trick Score Count
Highest Total of 2 Counting Scores Wins
Qualifying & Semi Finals will still operate with a runs only and best run score counts format.

Why the change?
This has been something we’ve wanted for a while, however we didn’t have the tools to facilitate this format effectively, especially when it came to broadcast. Now thanks to the great team at LiveHeats, we can facilitate the International Competition Format.
The main reason for the change though, is that it further aligns ourselves to the international standards for street skateboarding competitions and it helps those who are trying to further their careers to compete at that level, be a prepared and a custom to the format after having it at a local/national level.
