Our First Series Champions is up for grabs

With our first 4 stop series put together, we have not only the FMS Rumble on the reef Champions in September, but the overall series champions from the Rankings.

Mackay is a double points event, so there’s plenty of opportunity up for grabs. Check below to see where the standings are and who is in the running. The Series Champions are the division leaders at the end of the 4th event from all points across the series.

How it works
Each event has its champions on the podium in each division. At the Rumble on the Reef Championship event, we crown our Championship winners as normal who are the 2023 Champions. These are the winners of the event itself.

A new additional winner in each division is based off the entire series, this is based on results across the year. Points are allocated across the season, with points for the final event being double.

Mens Street
Currently
Jack Lewis is in the lead. It's one of the closest contests to date, with anyone in the top 39 who could snatch a win at Mackay to move above Jack. It also depends on how Jack lewis, Daniel Woolley, Jack Sadler and a number of others do at the championship.

Womens Street
Felicity Turner has a reasonable lead over Ella Ledingham, but its anyones game right now, Flics injury to sit out Redbank has closed the gap and any Woman who can take Mackay would equal flic on points.

Mens Bowl
Cruz Evans has the current lead, and a good finish in Mackay would see him hold the points. That being said, A straight up win with Cruz not placing would bump someone to the top.

Womens Bowl
Coco Crafter, Mia Kretzer, Zahra Johns & Tee Pockets are all one win each. Leaving them all on 100 points, a placing in Mackay would rocket one of them into 1st. Its still open for the rest and even a newcomer taking podium in Mackay could shift the results.

Its the tightest content in history, and anyone’s game for majority of the divisions. So many skaters have the opportunity to take out the 2023 Championships and the Series Champion in one foul swoop. Its so tight across a lot of divisions that people could turn up and take it if it's their first event in a lot of categories.

Keen to give it a run?
